
Sweet Chipotle Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups Fisher® Deluxe Mixed Nuts
- ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon ground chipotle chili pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line 12 x 18-inch baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In large bowl whisk egg white and water until foamy. Add mixed nuts; mix gently to coat. Place nuts in colander; drain 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place sugar, cinnamon, allspice and chili pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag; shake to blend. Add nuts to bag; shake to coat.
- Arrange nuts in a single layer on prepared pan (discard remaining sugar). Bake 13 to 15 minutes stirring once halfway through baking.
- Move from oven to cooling rack. Cool nuts completely in pan.
