
Mango and Macadamia Parfaits
Our rich and decadent parfait blends macadamia nuts, low-fat yogurt and mouthwatering mangoes!

Ingredients
- 3 mangos
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ⅓ cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Chopped Macadamias
Directions
- Peel and seed the mangos and cut into large cubes.
- Place ½ cup of mango cubes in a blender with the orange juice. Puree until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the mango cubes in the base of each of 4 glasses. Top with a spoonful of the puree, then a layer of yogurt and a layer of chopped macadamia nuts.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the puree.
- Top with remaining chopped macadamia nuts and serve immediately.
