Savory Pecan Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals Pecan Chips
- 2 ½ oz. hard salami, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- Ground black pepper
- Assorted crackers
Directions
- In medium bowl, whisk cream cheese, sour cream and milk until smooth and well blended.
- Stir in pecans, salami, chives and pepper. Chill.
- Before serving, sprinkle with additional pecan chips and chopped chives, if desired. Serve with crackers.
