Black Bean and Corn Salad

This South of the Border classic has all of the standard ingredients... with one special addition: Fisher® Pecans! Chop it up small for just enough crunch and flavor in every bite.

  • 1 can (14 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1½ cups frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate before serving.
