
Tropical Fruit Salad
Our sweet summer-time fruit salad recipe features pineapples, raisins, bananas and a pecan nut topping.

Ingredients
- 1 can (20oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- ¾ cup raisins
- 3 bananas, sliced ¼-inch thick
- 1 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecan Halves
- Lettuce leaves
- Creamy Dressing:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons half and half
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add pineapple, raisins, banana slices and pecans. Mix gently to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise with half and half until smooth.
- Just before serving, evenly divide fruit mixture onto lettuce leaves. Serve with creamy dressing.
