This tasty treat gets crunchier, sweeter and nuttier with Fisher® Mixed Nuts in the mix.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cups Fisher® Mixed Nuts with Peanuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat sugar, corn syrup and water over medium heat, covered, to a boil. Uncover and cool until candy thermometer reaches 290°F.
- Meanwhile grease 15 × 10 baking pan (jelly roll pan) with 2 teaspoons butter and set aside.
- Warm mixed nuts in 2 baking pans in a 325°F oven for 10-15 minutes until warm (keep warm until ready to use).
- Remove sugar mixture from heat and carefully add nuts, vanilla, salt and remaining butter. Quickly spread into prepared pan. Cool completely and then break into brittle.
