
Parsley, Garlic & Pecan Pasta
To make perfect light pasta topping that everyone will love, simply sauté garlic, parsley and Fisher® Pecan Halves.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals Pecan Halves, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup (2 oz.) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup snipped fresh parsley leaves
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and pecans; sauté 2 minutes.
- In large serving bowl combine pasta, pecan mixture, cheese, parsley and pepper; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.

made this tonight with just a tweak since I had no fresh parsley on hand, I used some dried parsley and added about a half cup of chopped, fresh spinach. So good! We loved it!
