Cold Peanut Noodles With Chicken

This unique peanut butter based sauce is sure to be a hit. Add some Fisher Peanuts to bring this Thai dish to a whole new level!

  • ½ lb. dried thin spaghetti or vermicelli
  • ⅓ cup Fisher® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • ¼ lb. snow peas, trimmed and cut into strips
  • ¼ cup chopped Fisher® Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine peanut butter, peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, water and honey; pour over reserved pasta.
  3. Add chicken and snow peas to pasta mixture. Toss with peanuts and green onions.
