Ingredients
- Variety of ice cream flavors, softened
- Store bought or homemade cookies, any variety
- Any Fisher® Nut Topping
- Toasted Coconut (optional)
Directions
- To assemble, scoop ice cream onto one cookie. Top with another cookie; gently squeeze them together; scrape ice cream edge smooth.
- Roll edge in Fisher® Nut Topping and/or toasted coconut.
- Enjoy immediately or freeze airtight for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day.
