MARKETING MANAGER, Elgin, Illinois
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for developing and implementing JBSS’s Fisher® Brand’s marketing plan, programs, new product/launches, and general category initiatives (domestic and internationally). Working with Research and Development, co-manages projects. Provides sales and trade support for designated channels. REQUIREMENTS: 5 plus years experience in a marketing role with a consumer products organization preferred. Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Marketing or a related business discipline. Strong communications skills both written and verbal. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications including superior skills with PowerPoint, detailed Excel worksheets, and database management. Travel up to 20%. COST ACCOUNTANT, Elgin, Illinois JOB DESCRIPTION: Monitors and analyzes inventory, equipment, and labor costs. Prepares and reports analysis on operational performance and budget variances to strengthen cost controls, reduce costs, and increase efficiencies. REQUIREMENTS: Three plus years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Accounting or related discipline required. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in Excel and report generation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsible for implementing the production plan. Directly supervise, train, and evaluate employees. REQUIREMENTS: 3 plus years experience in a food manufacturing environment. High school graduate or equivalent. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS, 2nd SHIFT, Elgin, Illinois JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various food processing equipment, lines, systems, and related controls. REQUIREMENTS: 5 plus years of experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong mechanical skills as well of knowledge in working with electrical components and wiring. Experience with high speed packaging equipment in the food industry strongly preferred. PLC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field required. Five plus years experience in maintenance management in the food industry including supervisory experience. Experience with PLCs, preventative maintenance programs, high-speed packing, and down-time analysis preferred. Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
