PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS, 1st & 2nd SHIFTS, Elgin, Illinois

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for supervision of production operations, personnel, and safety for a specific area/lines. Responsible for implementing the production plan. Directly supervise, train, and evaluate employees.

REQUIREMENTS: 3 plus years experience in a food manufacturing environment. High school graduate or equivalent. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred.


MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS, 1st and 2nd SHIFT, Elgin, Illinois

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various food processing equipment, lines, systems, and related controls.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 plus years of experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong mechanical skills as well of knowledge in working with electrical components and wiring. Experience with high speed packaging equipment in the food industry strongly preferred. PLC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required.


QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR, Elgin, Illinois

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for supervising quality control operations and personnel.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 plus years of quality experience in a food manufacturing environment required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Food Science required.


COST ACCOUNTANT, Elgin, Illinois

JOB DESCRIPTION: Monitors and analyzes inventory, equipment, and labor costs. Prepares and reports analysis on operational performance and budget variances to strengthen cost controls, reduce costs, and increase efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS: Three plus years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Accounting or related discipline required. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in Excel and report generation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.


MATERIALS MANAGER, Gustine, California

JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages operations and personnel related to inventory, replenishment purchasing, and production scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 plus years of experience in materials management or related field required. Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management or related field preferred. Computer skills including WMS experience and Microsoft Office.


MAINTENANCE MANAGER, Gustine, California

JOB DESCRIPTION: Direct maintenance personnel and operations ensuring production equipment operation is efficient and downtime is minimal.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field required. Five plus years experience in maintenance management in the food industry including supervisory experience. Experience with PLCs, preventative maintenance programs, high-speed packing, and down-time analysis preferred. Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the management and execution of quality control programs and systems. Manages and trains Quality Control staff and laboratory quality operations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science Degree in a Food Science or Technology or Laboratory Science is required; 2 plus years of experience in managing quality operations in a food manufacturing environment required. Must be a strong communicator with comprehensive hands-on experience in both food manufacturing/operations and QC lab environments. Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications.

REQUIREMENTS: 2 plus years of sanitation experience in a food environment. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and food handling procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills required. Ability to follow verbal directions. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
